Yet again, Comcast seemed to have horribly messed up my bill. However, after calling a real live person, I find that once again their online portion (which, I was told, is operated by another company) is just horribly stupid. Horribly horribly stupid. Anyway it’s hard to be mad when you talk to a really nice and co-operative customer service rep who gives you discounts for which you didn’t even ask.
Okay, I’ve wasted enough of this fine spring afternoon. I’m going to go read in the sun. After a brief look at the news today, I’m not sure I have the ability to tackle it without having a hernia.
