The EPA: Making sure a nuclear war won’t deplete the ozone layer

Second paragraph in:

The new rocket motors, which have to comply with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) rules, will have a shorter range than the original motors

Doesn’t anybody else think it’s odd that our nuclear missles, which, if ever fired, will be the end of the world, are required to comply to EPA standards?

Maybe we should start taking the lead out our bullets and make sure our tanks meet low emission standards too.
