I use the site talked about in this article. I’d highly recommend it for web-based RSS reading. It’s nice to be able to check all my feeds from any internet-enabled computer. Right now there are no ads, and I had been wondering how they made any money. According to the article, ads are going to be implemented sometime in the future, so subscribe now!
